ProntoNet can install, connect or remove your service between the hours of 10am through to 5pm Monday to Saturday and in the presence of the property occupier.

ProntoNet endeavour to offer and maintain the best support possible between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and are at the end of the phone, “WhatsApp “or “text” during this period.

NO not yet. ProntoNet is expanding week by week throughout Fuengirola and district. Currently 40% now has the coverage for the ProntoNet fiber optic internet & TV service. Please contact us to find out if your address has coverage.

Each rental period will incur a fee of €15.00. This is for the instalation of the equipment at the start of the rental period and then the disconnecting of the equipment at the end of the rental period. There is then a €1/day fee for each service taken during the short term rental period.

If the appartment is not already connected to the fiber network it will require a PRIMARY CONNECTION to the fiber network at a cost of €60.00. This is a one off payment. contact us to find out if your address has coverage.

The WIFI is only maximally effective within the bounds of the property. Outside of the property it will diminish rapidly.

All ProntoNet ONT rented routers are set to WPA/WPA2 Authentication Mode and TKPS & AES Encryption Mode. Download speed (unless under default) is minimum of 30mbt, Max of 100mbt. either by LAN cable connection or WIFI (Subject to device perameters) and is UNLIMITED. By Law the registration of the Personal I.D. of the end user is recorded

NO. however, buildings that have an ‘off the street main network connection” can then have a primary installation made to have the service connection to the individual address.

NO. Connections for service are only made during the working hours of 10am till 5pm Monday to Saturday and in the presence of the occupier.

As with the connection, collection or return of the equipment installed must be recovered during the working hours between 10m and 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Payment for the service is made to the technician when the equipment is installed, either by cash or debit/credit card.

(A).. By previous arrangement... Once you are in the address then connection can usually be made within the hour provided it is in the “working day” (Monday to Saturday 10am till 5pm) and the occupier is in attendance. (B).. If arriving without prior arrangements, then connection will be done A.S.A.P. following contact with ProntoNet and usually the same day within the “working hours”.

The rental subscription fees are based on the service required, either WIFI or TV or both and the connection period counting by the nights until 11am on the last day. See tariff for costs.

Responsibility for the care and security, loss or damage of the rented equipment is with the renter.

You may return the equipment during working hours only (Monday - Saturday 10am to 5pm)
